first Kannada mega serial produced was" KINNARI" for
Zee - Kannada channel. First episode of the serial was telecasted on 15th May
2006. The serial is being shot, in and around Dharwad. This serial is based
on drama 'Mava Bandanapo Mava' written by Yenagi Balappa. The title song for
the serial was written by famous Kannada poet Da.Ra.Bendre and composed by
famous thetre director B.V.Karanth. This is being directed by Yenagi Nataraj.
This serial has completed 185 episodes.
The next
project of Kannada mega serial produced was "SAMSARA" for Udaya
- Kannada channel. The first episode was telecasted on 29th January 2007.
The serial was shot, in and around Bangalore. This serial was based on
famous Tamil mega serial "Sorgam". The title song for
the serial was written by famous poet Doddarangegowda and sung by
famous C.Ashwath. This was directed by Ravi Madakehalli. This serial has
completed 128 episodes.
